Acceptable Use

  • • Respecting scheduled appointment times and cancellation policies

Prohibited Activities

Your Responsibilities

As a subscriber, you agree to the following responsibilities.

Intellectual Property

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance according to your selected plan.

  • • Monthly subscription fee of $250 AUD plus applicable taxes
  • • Automatic billing on the same date each month
  • • Payment failures may result in service suspension
  • • No refunds for partial month cancellations

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, access to services and consultation materials will be discontinued.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service usage.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Arbitration Process

Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under Australian Commercial Arbitration rules.

Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Melbourne, Victoria, with costs shared equally between parties.

European Union Online Dispute Resolution

EU residents can access online dispute resolution through the European Commission's ODR platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify dravexolora against claims arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and dravexolora regarding our services.

Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Continued use of services after modification notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
